Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Paser melalui Dinas Cipta Karya adalah Pemilik Proyek Perencanaan Stadion Sepakbola dan Areltik di Kabupaten Paser. Stadion direncanakan didirikan diatas lahan seluas 25 Ha. Bangunan Stadion ini direncanakan mampu menampung penonton hingga 20.000 jiwa, dengan total luas bangunan ± 75.000 m2. Perencanaan Stadion ini mengacu kepada standard Internasional terutama AFC.

Paser Municipal Government through the Department of Human Settlements is the Owner of the Project for Planning the Football and Athletic Stadium in Paser Municipal. The Planned stadium is built on a land area of 25 ha. The Stadium is planned to be able to  cover 20.000 people with the total building area 75.000 m2. The stadium planning refers to the international standards, especially the AFC.
